They have now sent me a N11. 1. Do I need to sign if they have already been told we are leaving?; And 2. If I sign the N11, does that prevent me from being able to report them to the LTB for not maintaining the property while we were in it? (Ie: broken stove and step haven’t been fixed, it’s been months since they were notified)
